A Rising Warrior


Progress comes from consistent and steady hard work. As someone who has really been struggling to regain range of motion, I’ve found there are days where it’s incredibly challenging to breathe through the pain. The scar tissue gets harder to push through and unlike in PT, where your physical therapist is holding you in your deepest bend, you have to be the one that forces yourself to stay in the stretch.


Below is a playlist I’ve been listening to motivate me during my exercises, and to hold the stretch for just that much longer when I’m about to give up. Always remember to breathe. At the end of the playlist are a few songs to stretch, unwind and relax into a peaceful savasana. As you lay in savasana imagine you are charging every cell of your body with an electrifying energy or gold light. You deserve it after all the hard work you just put in! I hope you enjoy!
