Any knee warrior knows that in order to come back stronger and better, you have to be diligent and consistent with your physical therapy exercises – no slacking ?! Below is my latest playlist for strength exercises that keeps me on top of my game as I do squats, squats and you’ve guessed it, more squats. My physical therapist always tells me that it’s way better to have good form than to get sloppy, so really connect with your body and do controlled movements with engaged muscles. Remember this is your recovery and your results will depend on how much you work. Give it everything you’ve got! I’ve included a song at the end of a mini savasana so that you can recuperate and relax after your training.
